Founded in 2021 by Danita Cummins due to her passion and extensive experience in helping people and businesses maximize their potential.  She is a licensed Career Coach and certified Scale Architect who has a proven track record for creating success and business growth in large and small organizations.   

With over 27 years of experience and knowledge in the Defense Sector, supporting the International and Special Operations community, Danita launched Cummins Consulting Group to help leaders strengthen and scale their organizations. 

As an experienced leader in the Defense and Telecommunications industries, she's equipped to help you maximize your business's impact to realize growth.
